Work Experience.

Fox Motors Group (DP Fox)

Senior Graphic Designer • Corporate

December 2019 - Present • Remote

Senior member of the Fox Motors Group in-house marketing agency. Project manager of visual design needs in all marketing campaigns for website, digital, social, traditional out of home (OOH), and print applications.

  • Creative leader and consultant for all of Fox’s automotive retail locations, plus non-automotive DP Fox affiliates, industries ranging from sporting goods, professional sports team, high end fashion, and resort in the Bahamas.

  • Wrote Brand Guidelines for Fox Motors, clearly defining proper usage of all company logos, programs and materials

  • Unified the Fox Motors Automotive Brand across all 41 brands and 36 store locations, adapting to the needs of each region, by utilizing digital and traditional advertising platforms

  • Harnessed the use of video and motion graphics to increase social and web engagement, to align with the current digital trends

  • Lead a creative team of 6, serving as mentor for Junior Designer, Social Media Coordinator, and Website Optimization Specialist. Ensured, through mentorship, the continued refinement of Fox’s established voice and consistent look through advertising at all retail locations.

Graphic Designer leading the centralization of Fox Motors’ creative team, replacing the previously separate regionally appointed advertising agencies with one, unified, in-house marketing department for all 30+ stores.

  • Responsible for the creation and adaptation of all marketing assets, developing consistency necessary to improve experience and overall brand recognition.

  • Streamlined the design process for all stores, creating efficiency for the marketing team and a cohesive customer view

  • Assisted DP Fox retail and resort outlets, executing custom design work for larger projects, as well as providing mentorship to marketing assistants who create point of sale materials.

Marketing Manager • Store

July 2015 - December 2017 • Chicago, IL

Primary marketer managing Fox’s first Chicago location, adapting Fox branding to the Chicago market, recognizing its differences from the Michigan markets of the other 30+ locations.

  • Coordinated the marketing initiatives between the store and advertising agency within the parameters of the advertising budget and allocated funds from manufacturers.

  • Launched a disruptor campaign that realized a 21% increase in dealer website visits and a 30% increase in conversion rate on dealer website

  • Harnessed community partnerships to make Fox a household name, associated with local sports teams, local Chamber of Commerce, and philanthropy - #Fox44Promise

Assistant Graphic Designer • Kathy Moore Design

August 2013 - June 2014 • Dexter, MI

Partner to senior designer and owner. Reworked existing print documents for clients, utilizing attention to detail in order to ensure all copywriting in material was clearly presented.

Presentation Graphic Designer • AdAdapted Marketing

Produced mock-up graphics for client presentations, demonstrating the seamless integration of AdAdapted’s services into existing applications. AdAdapted is a startup working to bridge the gap between advertisers and mobile application developers.
